Who We Are
JEEVAN JYOTI FOUNDATION is a registered Public Charitable Trust established under the Indian Charitable & Religious Trust Act, 1920. Our journey began in June 2023, founded on the visionary principle of serving humanity and fostering sustainable development. The name 'Jeevan Jyoti' translates to 'Light of Life,' which encapsulates our core mission: to illuminate lives through compassion, empowerment, and transformative action.
The Foundation was brought to life by our dedicated Settlor and First Managing Trustee, Smt. Bhagya Laxmi Padhi, whose profound desire to create a lasting impact led to the establishment of this Trust. She, along with our founding Trustees, Sri. Akhaya Kumar Padhy and Sri. Purna Chandra Maharana, laid the cornerstone of this organization with an initial corpus and a shared commitment to charitable service.

Governance & Integrity
The Foundation is managed by a dedicated Board of Trustees, led by Smt. Bhagya Laxmi Padhi (Managing Trustee). All trustees serve in an honorary capacity, ensuring transparency and accountability. Every activity of the Trust is executed solely for public benefit — without any profit motive.
